There’s no doubt—fall is easily one of my favorite seasons! I love those lazy, warm days that transition into crisp, cool nights, plus the excitement of everything pumpkin popping up everywhere. Fall also brings a slightly slower pace in real estate, which gives me a chance to squeeze in a little vacation time.
This year is no exception! However, if you spot that perfect home you’ve been dreaming of, the new rules require us to have a Buyer’s Agreement in place before my temporary stand-in or I can show it to you. It’s a quick and easy step, so just give us a heads-up, and we’ll take care of it for you!
The recent cut to the Federal lending rate has sparked renewed interest in the housing market. I always remind Buyers that the last quarter of the year can be a fantastic time to make a move—if you find something that speaks to you, acting now often makes more sense than waiting for the typically busier spring market. Of course, it all hinges on finding that perfect place to call home!
As always, we’re here to answer any real estate questions you may have. Need a reliable handyman? Just ask! Struggling to get a plumber out to your house? Let us give them a nudge. We have a great network of resources and want to be your go-to for anything home-related. Plus, we absolutely love catching up with you!
